The Challenge

Create Legal is a Melbourne-based commercial law firm founded by Jim Abbass, operating from Richmond, Victoria. The firm delivers simple, clear and practical legal services across business and commercial law, technology law, privacy and data protection, and in-house counsel services.

Jim wanted to differentiate Create Legal in a competitive market by offering clients something no other boutique law firm could — a branded mobile app where they could order legal documents, request services, and track their legal matters on the go. The goal was to make accessing legal services as easy as ordering a coffee.
