The Challenge

Ignite Pilates is a fully equipped boutique Pilates studio in the leafy surrounds of Templestowe in north-east Melbourne. Catering for all ages and fitness levels — including special pre and post-natal classes — the studio had built a loyal following through expert instruction and a welcoming community environment.

But running a boutique studio meant juggling bookings, payments, and client communications across multiple tools.
